End User License Agreement (EULA) – PurgedX

Introduction
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) constitutes a legal agreement between you (“the User”) and Antony Carmona (“the Editor”). By installing or using the PurgedX app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
License Grant
The Editor grants the User a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the PurgedX app on a personal device. PurgedX is licensed, not sold.
License Restrictions
You may not:
• Copy, modify, or redistribute the app.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code.
• Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Bypass or interfere with security features.
• Resell or sublicense the app.
Ownership
All rights, trademarks, graphics, code, and content within PurgedX remain the property of the Editor. The User receives only a limited license to use the app.
No Medical Advice
PurgedX is not a medical or psychological treatment. It offers motivational tools only—not clinical support. Users experiencing severe addiction or mental health issues should seek professional help.
Privacy & Data
Data collection and usage are governed by the PurgedX Privacy Policy. For more details, see our Privacy Policy [link].
Updates & Modifications
The Editor may provide updates, improvements, or patches to the app. All updates are governed by the same EULA terms. The Editor may modify or discontinue features at any time without notice.
Termination
The Editor reserves the right to terminate your access if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease use and delete PurgedX from your device.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” There are no guarantees regarding its performance, reliability, or the results you may obtain from using it.
Limitation of Liability
The Editor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use PurgedX. The User assumes all responsibility for any risk or outcome related to using the app.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Editor’s country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
